In 2006, The Concilio developed its proprietary parent engagement curriculum, Parents Advocating for Student Excellence (PASE). This program was an evolution of PIQE, to address specific issues faced by individual high schools and to reduce the dropout rate in the Dallas ISD.
The results achieved are astonishing:
- 1,540 parents are completing PASE every school year
- 90.2% of the children whose parents graduated from the PASE program went on to graduate from high school and 78% of those parents’ children who graduated high school went on to post-secondary education
